长阳土家族自治县关于建立外商投资企业投诉工作机制的公告

各外商投资企业：

　　为进一步优化长阳土家族自治县投资环境，及时有效处理外商投资企业投诉，保障外商投资企业及其投资者的合法权益，促进外商投资企业健康发展，我县已建立外商投资企业投诉工作联系机制。现将有关事宜公告如下：

　　一、受理范围

　　全县各乡镇（含开发区）外商投资企业、外国投资者均可通过信函、传真、电子邮件或已公布的在线投诉渠道进行投诉。

    In order to further optimize the investment environment of Changyang Tujia Autonomous County, timely and effectively handle complaints from foreign-invested enterprises, protect the legitimate rights and interests of foreign-invested enterprises and their investors, and promote the healthy development of foreign-invested enterprises, our county has established a contact mechanism for complaints from foreign-invested enterprises.The relevant matters are hereby announced as follows:

    1、Acceptance scope

    Foreign invested enterprises and foreign investors in all townships (including development zones) in the county can file complaints through letters, faxes, emails, or published online complaint channels.
